In the event of an ACH debit transaction declined due to lack of resources, Customer understands that Goodly may, at its discretion, attempt to process the corresponding paid product charge within thirty (30) days, and Goodly may separately charge a fee of $25 for each transaction rendered due to insufficient resources. to the extent permitted by applicable law. .
